Restocks & Availability

We release our planners twice a year. Our Spring launch features mid-year planners dated August–July, while our Fall launch offers planners for the full calendar year, January–December.

Our next planner launch will be in April for the 25/26 mid-year planners. Our 2026 planners will launch in the Fall.

Our products are ONLY available on our website and TikTok Shop (@thedailee_). We are unable to assist with any issues regarding orders placed on other websites. 

Shipping

Pre-orders for a 25/26 planner will begin shipping at the end of May!

We work with a third-party fulfillment center that processes orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery. If you need to modify the shipping address please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes.

Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically takes 4-7 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Standard Shipping for customers outside of the U.S. typically takes 3-8 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges are based on product weight. To view the shipping cost, add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout where you can enter your shipping address.

The Dailee does not currently offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via our standard delivery method to ensure a smooth and reliable process.

The Dailee currently offers international shipping to Canada. We hope to expand our international shipping in the future!

Our Daily, College, Mom, Teacher, Minimalist and Wedding planners are all available for shipping to Canada. Notepads and accessories are currently only available within the U.S.

Order Questions

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes.

We recommend waiting at least 5 business days after receiving the delivery confirmation email to allow time for your package to arrive, as the emails occasionally get sent out prematurely. If you haven’t received your order after this period, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Our shipping process typically takes 4–7 business days. If your order has taken longer, it’s possible you purchased from an unauthorized seller. To ensure you ordered directly from The Dailee’s official website, please double-check your purchase. If you ordered from a fraudulent source, we recommend disputing the charge with your bank and contacting that company directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, so we’re unable to process cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Digital Product Questions

We're so sorry you're having trouble. The initial PDF should be opened in your downloads folder (not Goodnotes) and has clickable buttons for you to choose your tab color, cover choices, etc. Once you select your tab color, it will download the entire planner which can then be uploaded into Goodnotes.

We're so sorry you're having trouble. In order for the hyperlinks to work, you must be in "read-only mode" in Goodnotes. The article below from Goodnotes walks through how to use "read-only mode."

A Goodnotes subscription is required to accommodate the file size of the digital planner.

- Log out and log back in to your Notion account

- Wait a few minutes before trying again
